Position: CNC Programmer - Precision Parts

Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: days with an early finish on a Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established client who is looking for experienced CNC Sliding Head Setter Programmers to join their team.

The Role

As a CNC Setter Programmer, you will be responsible for setting and programming CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to drawing specifications.

Your duties will include:

CNC machine setting and programming
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Tool changes and setting offsets
Carrying out quality checks and ensuring components meet specifications
General machine maintenance and housekeeping
Troubleshooting and making adjustments where required
Working efficiently and maintaining high standards of qualityAbout You

We are looking for experienced CNC Setters who are confident programming their own machines and have a strong understanding of CNC machining.

Strong engineering drawing interpretation skills
Experience with tool changes and offsets
CNC setting and programming experience
A good understanding of machining processes
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A reliable and professional approach to workHours

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
Friday: 07:00 - 14:00

Full-time | Permanent
