What You Will Do:

Develop and maintain procurement and material planning forecasts aligned to production, sales, and operational needs.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, excess stock, and obsolescence, supporting financial and physical stock positions.
Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy, necessity, and appropriate authorisation.
Control purchasing spend by tracking budgets and forecasts, analysing variances, and proposing cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate supplier evaluation and support pricing, payment terms, and performance analysis to improve value for money.
Maintain accurate records in SAP and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on purchasing performance, inventory status, and supplier KPIs.

What You Will Bring:

Strong analytical and planning capability, with clear attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
Financial awareness for cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis in a fast-moving operations setting.
Confidence with advanced IT and reporting, including experience working with SAP preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across sales, production, purchasing, and finance.
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including machine capabilities and manpower considerations.
