Temp Administrator

Temp Administrator - Southam - 0730 to 1600 Monday to Thursday and a 1200midday finish on a Friday.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a person to join a growing business based in Southam as an Office Administrator. This is an ongoing temporary role, full-time, with the possibility of becoming permanent, paying £13.00 to £13.50 per hour.

Main duties as an Administrator

You will be working as an administrator, handling general administrative duties, supporting the phone lines, speaking to customers, and handling enquiries. The role also covers some involvement with invoicing and sales order processing, along with data entry to support internal systems, so experience in any of these areas would be a distinct advantage.

Administrator requirements:

Comfortable on a phone call with customers
Good IT skills
Any exposure to invoicing, sales order processing, or scheduling systems would be advantageous
Administrator's daily responsibilities:

Taking and directing calls
Using internal systems to process work
General invoicing and sales order support
Data entry to support scheduling
General non-technical, admin work
