Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced vehicle technician to join a well-established franchise dealership in Sunderland. The vehicle technician will play a key role in delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to customers, ensuring vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.

Basic salary up to approximately £38,000, tailored to experience, with potential earnings (OTE) of up to approximately £52,480

Carry out vehicle repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and accurately

Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and deliver high customer satisfaction
Ensure all work is completed to the dealership’s high standards, adhering to manufacturer guidelinesRequirements:

Fully qualified automotive technician, with Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MOT licence is desirable but not essential
