Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week) – 1 hour lunch

The Role

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support across the business and helping to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Covering reception duties when required
• Managing and monitoring a shared inbox
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Updating internal systems and records
• Assisting with general administration duties
• Providing support to colleagues across different departments

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email
