Our client is looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to oversee warranty operations across two sites. The successful candidate will manage warranty processes, support Aftersales teams and ensure consistently strong audit performance.
🔧 The Role You’ll be responsible for overseeing warranty operations across both locations, ensuring processes are managed effectively and in line with manufacturer requirements.

📝 Key Responsibilities
Manage warranty processes across both sites
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements
Support Aftersales teams with warranty processes and queries
Maintain accurate and efficient warranty administration
Prepare for and support Manufacturer and Extended Warranty audits
Monitor audit performance and ensure required standards are achieved
Travel between Preston and Colne as required
Work closely with Aftersales teams to maintain strong warranty performance📊 What We're Looking For
Previous experience within an automotive warranty role
Strong understanding of warranty processes and requirements
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage warranty operations across multiple sites
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing for or managing warranty audits
Ability to work independently while supporting wider Aftersales teams✨ What's On Offer?

OTE of £40,000
Bonus applies to both Preston and Colne audits
