What you'll be doing:

As a Pastry Chef, you'll support kitchens across the region during busy periods, holidays, and staff shortages.

You'll be expected to:

Deliver high-quality dishes to each venue's standards

• Adapt quickly to new kitchens and teams
• Work efficiently, cleanly, and professionally
• Communicate clearly with front and back of house teams

What we're looking for:

We're looking for reliable, experienced Pastry Chefs who want flexible temp work and are ready for a busy season ahead. You'll need:

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef

• Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
• A professional, proactive attitude and strong timekeeping
• Two references to support your experience
