Company: This well-known hospitality and entertainment business delivers high-energy live experiences across a large portfolio of venues and events. With a strong brand presence and an ambitious growth strategy, they're continuing to invest in digital performance and are now looking to bring more paid media expertise in-house.

The Role: We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid media strategy, campaign execution and performance across a busy calendar of live events.

You'll be hands-on across paid social and search, managing campaigns across channels including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Google Ads, while using data and insight to improve performance and drive ticket sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced campaign environments and wants genuine ownership from planning through to optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver paid media strategy across multiple venues and campaigns
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Google Ads
• Manage campaign budgets and performance against CPA and ROAS targets
• Run structured test-and-learn activity across creative, audiences and bidding
• Use GA4 and reporting tools to analyse performance and identify opportunities
• Work closely with internal creative, social and CRM teams
• React quickly to event changes, new launches and shifting campaign priorities
• Support growth across YouTube and emerging paid media channels

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in paid media or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok
• Confident managing campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and performance measurement
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign environment
• Google Ads, Snapchat or Pinterest experience is highly desirable
• Background in hospitality, events, entertainment, retail or similar is a bonus
• Comfortable working with metrics including ROAS, CPA and LTV
