Working Supervisor – Fencing / Civils

We are recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor to join a specialist fencing contractor on a long-term infrastructure project in the Aylesbury, HP18 area.

This is a hands-on role, supervising the site gang while also assisting with the works when required.

Location: Aylesbury, HP18

Rate: £28 per hour

Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (9 hours paid per day)

Duration: 18–24 months

Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026

Parking: Available on site

Responsibilities

Supervising daily fencing and associated civils activities

Coordinating labour, plant and materials

Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks

Ensuring all works are completed safely and to the required standard

Monitoring progress against the programme

Liaising with site management and other contractors

Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements

Valid Gold CSCS Card

EUSR Category 1 – CAT & Genny (Locate Utility Services / HSG47) – Essential

EUSR Category 2 – Safe Digging – Essential

Valid SSSTS

Previous experience as a Working Supervisor

Previous fencing or civils experience

Comfortable working on the tools when required

Full right to work in the UK
