Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join one of our well-established clients in London.

Our client is a leading UK-based contractor specializing in heavy construction, deconstruction, and enabling services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.
Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.
Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction quality management.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standards.
