Location: Fareham
Salary: £25,750 basic + uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join its growing sales team.

The Role

Contact businesses and identify new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records.
Negotiate and close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.

About You

Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
Motivated by targets, rewards and earning potential.
Resilient, proactive and self-driven.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team.
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
