Service Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist / Advisor to join a reputable independent garage in Knutsford, Cheshire. Duties of the Service Receptionist / Advisor role:

• Providing expert advice and personalised customer service for vehicle servicing and repairs
• Managing service bookings and scheduling to optimise workshop efficiency
• Upselling additional services and repair work to maximise revenue
• Communicating effectively between customers and technical staff
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and vehicle histories
• Building strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and future business

Requirements for the Service Receptionist / Advisor position:

• Proven experience as a Service Receptionist / Advisor or Advisor within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and processes
• Professional, polished approach with keen attention to detail
• Proactive team player committed to high standards of service and customer satisfaction
