Job Title: Cleaner (Decontamination Technician)

Location: Community Equipment Stores , Europa Point, Warrington WA5 7TY

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 8am - 4pm

Pay: £12.92 per hour

Trust Location: Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Contract length: Minimum of 6 months, with the opportunity for ongoing work

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Disassemble medical equipment and perform manual cleaning stage decontamination process in accordance with Trust and national polices.
• Prioritise and process the cleaning of medical equipment to facilitate the smooth running and the recycling process of medical equipment.
• Use of cleaning machinery such as industrial washer, pressure washer, steam cleaner, vacuum cleaner.
• Re-stocking of chemicals and disposable items required within the department during the working day.
• Keep the warehouse and car park area in a clean and tidy condition in accordance with risk assessment and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements for role:

• Cleaning experience
• Hospital cleaning experience would be desirable
