Description

Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
Assist with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain financial records and documents.
Support in month-end and year-end accounting tasks.
Handle supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the accounting team on ad hoc financial projects.Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

Experience in a similar role within accounting or finance.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good numerical and analytical abilities.

Hourly pay between £15.00 and £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
