About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Joiner to lead and deliver high-quality retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site activities from inception to completion, including subcontractors and trades.
Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Lead on-site meetings and resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Joiner on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects retail projects..
Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
IT literacy (email, reporting tools, etc.)
