Role: Sales Executive
Location: Hull - hbrid 3 days a week onsite
We are searching for a fantastic, experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team; you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to generate, qualify and close new customers into our products.
You’ll need to be a self-starter, passionate, driven and determined to succeed and very target focused!

Key Responsibilities

• Own and Manage the end to end sales process: own and manage your pipeline to perfection, driving deals through discovery, demo & proposal through to close new logos
• Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in [BUSINESS UNIT INDUSTRY]
• Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with other sales executives, SDRs and wider RevOps teams to determine lead quality and deliver seamless hand-offs for qualified opportunities.
• Performance Optimisation: Continuously refine your outreach and sales approach – channel, messaging and intensity – working in collaboration with our RevOps teams and sales executives
• Deliver year quarterly and annual sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working in B2B SaaS sales roles
• Proven experience sourcing, developing and managing sales pipelines
• Proven experience achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
• Strong, empathetic and assertive communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong grasp of different sales methodologies (e.g. BANT / SPIN, MEDDIC)
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems including pipeline management, automations
