About This Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support an independent gentleman in his 40s, living in his own home in Southport.

He is studying for a university degree in AI and Technology and enjoys an active social life, including music, DJing, and attending live events. This is a fantastic opportunity to support someone with a vibrant personality and a strong sense of independence.

You will provide overnight support, helping him remain safe, comfortable, and confident at home. Your role will include person-centred care, support with personal care, mobility, clinical needs where required, and maintaining a safe home environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping him continue to live independently and enjoy the activities that are important to him.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Be comfortable working around pets.
