Location: Walsall
Hours: 6:30am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our client's team based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident dealing with people, and comfortable working across a varied administrative role.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of day-to-day administrative and office duties, including:

Welcoming and dealing with visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answering queries and supporting reception duties

Completing general data entry and maintaining accurate records

Managing stock levels and carrying out stock control

Raising and managing purchase orders

Liaising with suppliers and internal departments

Providing training and guidance to members of staff

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and reliable

Confident communicating with staff, visitors and suppliers

Comfortable using computer systems and completing data entry

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload

Professional and approachable

Previous reception, administration, stock control or purchasing experience would be advantageous
