Lead Surveyor

Strategic property advisory | Senior client exposure | Commercial decision-making

If you’re an experienced Lead Surveyor looking to take ownership of complex valuation and property advisory instructions, this role offers the opportunity to provide strategic advice directly to commercial and private clients while influencing significant property decisions.

You’ll have genuine autonomy across varied instructions, combining valuation expertise with strategic options appraisal and asset advice. The environment values quality, integrity, transparency and agility, with the scope to build trusted client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead valuations, strategic options appraisals and property advisory instructions across commercial, residential and development assets.
• Act as the lead adviser on client mandates, managing projects from instruction through to completion.
• Provide commercially focused recommendations on asset performance, value optimisation, redevelopment and disposal strategies.
• Develop trusted client relationships and contribute to new instructions and wider business growth.

About You
• Proven experience undertaking commercial, residential and/or development property valuations.
• Experience providing strategic property advice, options appraisals and commercially focused recommendations.
• MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status are highly desirable.
