Internal Sales Executive

Our client is a leading commercial wholesaler supplying customers across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a confident and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales office and help drive continued growth. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively contact existing customers to maximise sales opportunities

Provide accurate product information, pricing and availability

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service at all times

Process orders efficiently and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery

Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across the product range

Maintain CRM records, customer notes and sales activity logs

Support the wider sales team with quotations, follow‑ups and general administrative tasks
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in internal sales, telesales or customer service

Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders

A proactive approach with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals

Experience within automotive or wholesale sectors is beneficial but not essential
Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
