Permanent District Heating Engineers – Immediate Start – Southwark
We’re looking for skilled and motivated District Heating Engineers to join our growing team. You’ll be working on domestic heating systems in occupied domestic dwellings, with a permanent position, excellent pay, and immediate start opportunities.
Pay & Hours:

• £155 per day starting rate £40,300annual basic salary)
• £170 per day (£44,200 annual basic salary) after 6 months’ probation – pay review included - 42.5-hour week (8:00am – 5:30pm)
• Overtime available (paid at single time)
• Call-out & standby rota with strong earning potential

Additional Earnings:

• £30 per repair job
• £20 per follow-on job
• Standby: £120 (Mon–Fri, includes 5 jobs)
• £180 (Sat–Sun + Bank Holidays)
• Approx. 1 in 8 days on call

Main Duties:

• Install cylinders & radiators
• Fit new isolation valves
• Install 2-port valves, lock shields & TRVs
• Carry out fault finding on district heating systems
