Electrician

We are looking for a Electrician in Kingston upon hull

Paying £33,280 per year, full time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
• Install and maintain ventilation systems
• Engage with residents in a customer-facing role
• Collaborate with schedulers and management
• Use a PDA system to complete job cards and certificates

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of electrical experience (social housing experience preferred)
• Reside within 45 minutes of Hull.
• 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3 & AM2
• Strong communication & computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in installation of fans in residential properties
