Location: Heathrow / Feltham / Colnbrook Area
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available (Rostered Pattern or ADHOC)
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s operation in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy industrial warehouse environment where efficiency, accuracy and teamwork are essential.
You will be working on a rotating day or night shift within a fast-paced cargo handling operation, supporting the safe processing and movement of goods.
Shift Schedule:

• Various patterns
• Days and nights

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

Unloading inbound shipments safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading parcels weighing between 20kg and 30kg

Organising, controlling and maintaining accurate inventory

Packing goods securely to ensure safe transport

Weighing and labelling packages accurately

Ensuring all packages are correctly identified and routed to their destination

Securing cargo in line with operational and safety procedures

Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment

Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team

• Always adhering strictly to company policies and Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Be eligible to live and work in the UK

Have previous warehouse experience

Hold a valid DBS certificate

Be able to provide a fully checkable 5-year employment history

Be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties (20kg–30kg parcels)

Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Be able to speak, read and write English

Be safety-focused with the ability to maintain a secure working environment.
You should also demonstrate:

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good organisational abilities

A proactive and positive attitude

Reliability and flexibility to work day or night shifts

A willingness to contribute to improving warehouse processes.
