Customer Service Executive (Temporary) – Tring

£13.54 per hour | Office-Based | 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting 6 Temporary Customer Service Executives to join a busy and fast-paced team in Tring, starting next Tuesday for a minimum of 4 weeks.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that requires additional support during a particularly busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries via email
Delivering excellent customer service to customers across the UK
Managing multiple customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Navigating and updating a range of internal systemsWhat We're Looking For:

Previous customer service experience
Strong written communication skills
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously
A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
