Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced service team based in Dartford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service and coordination experience who is seeking a more measured and supportive working environment.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing customer enquiries, complaints, Arranging delivery dates for customers along with general enquiries.

• * Must have Office based Customer Service experience **

Temp – Perm – 13 Weeks
Salary – £14.00ph – £15.86ph
Hours – 40 hours a week, Working 5 days a week out of 7 – Monday to Sunday
This will be on a Rota – Weekdays – 8am-5pm, 9am – 6pm , 10am – 7pm or 11am – 8pm.
Weekends – 8am – 5pm – 2 Weekends out of 3 working either a Saturday or a Sunday.
Permanent Salary – £33,000
