CSA Construction Manager (On-site)

A leading European data centre construction and delivery organisation is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join its growing team in Finland. The role will oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural scope on a large-scale, fast-track data centre project.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead CSA construction teams, subcontractors, and site delivery activities.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, sequencing, and programme delivery.
• Manage subcontractor performance, quality, safety, progress, and resources.
• Coordinate technical issues, drawings, design changes, and construction requirements.
• Support reporting, commercial variations, handover, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years' CSA construction experience, ideally on large-scale or mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience managing CSA packages and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction programming, sequencing, and design coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
