ACCOUNT MANAGER/Candidate Manager -WARM BUSINESS

South Yorkshire /Hybrid Working

£30,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Are you currently working in recruitment and looking for a more supportive, less sales focussed, less KPIs and a more collaborative environment .In this role you will account manage and concentrate on building long-term relationships, whilst you develop your career and earn uncapped commission.

This consultative recruitment /account management role is focused on building strong candidate relationships, delivering exceptional service and connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across the engineering ,manufacturing ,automotive ,after sales ,aerospace & profressional service industry

Benefits

• Competitive basic salary (£30,000 – £45,000 DOE)
• Uncapped commission structure approx. £20k + in first year on top of basic salary,personal,team and group
• Hybrid working

The Opportunity

Working with a range of established clients across the production,engineering ,manufacturing ,automotive ,after sales ,aerospace & profressional service industry

you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with businesses to identify and attract high-quality talent.This is not a sales role but account managing the existing clients requirements

This is a relationship-led role where success comes from understanding client needs .

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients .
• Conducting client and candidate meetings both virtually and in person
• Taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding business requirements
• Writing engaging and effective job advertisements
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage

Experience required

• Previous experience in agency recruitment
• A consultative and professional approach to recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
• A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
• Ability to nurture existing client relationship
