The Verifera Encyclopaedia is Verifera's standard for evidence-graded, verified reference knowledge. It is not a single website section — it is a methodology and a mark, published as subject editions wherever Verifera-verified knowledge lives. Every entry shows its sources and the date each fact was last verified; the "Verified by Verifera" mark appears only when every fact on a page is within its review window.

The editions

The editions are peers — neither owns the name. The bare "Verifera Encyclopaedia" refers to the standard only; every edition carries its subject label.

What "Verified by Verifera" means

  1. Every fact is a sourced claim — a primary-source citation plus the date it was last verified.
  2. Freshness is enforced, not assumed — volatile facts are re-checked quarterly, stable facts yearly; a page with a stale fact cannot publish.
  3. Honest uncertainty over false confidence — where evidence is weak or a rule is in transition, the page says so, and the mark is withheld.
  4. The mark is bypass-proof — it renders from the verification state, never hand-set.
