What we collect

For candidates: name, contact details, profession and registration number, CV, and the credentials we verify (e.g. NMC/GMC/HCPC/GPhC registration, DBS, right to work, occupational health, training). For employers: company and contact details. For website visitors: essential cookies only.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• Consent — to contact you about opportunities (you may withdraw at any time).
• Legitimate interests — to match candidates to roles and operate the agency.
• Legal obligation — to carry out and evidence pre-engagement compliance checks required for healthcare and regulated work.

Who we share it with

With prospective employers/clients when we submit you for a role, and with the regulators/services used to verify credentials. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Candidate and enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last activity, after which they are automatically and permanently erased, unless a live engagement or a legal obligation requires longer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
