Telesales Executive

40 hours per week
£26,000- £28,000 + Bonus
A fantastic opportunity working for a progressive, family-owned business who is a leading provider within its sector across North Wales, North West and West Midlands, offering national coverage.
focused on contacting businesses, speaking with business owners and key decision-makers, introducing our services and generating new sales opportunities.
Your main responsibility will be to qualify prospects and book appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to attend and present our services with the aim of securing new business.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers.
• Speak with business owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Introduce our services and identify potential opportunities.
• Handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for our BDMs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
• Work towards agreed call and appointment targets.
• Build strong rapport with prospects and develop effective working relationships with the BDM team, ensuring leads are passed over efficiently and helping to organise and manage the BDMs’ day-to-day appointments and schedules.

About You

• Confident and professional on the telephone.
• Target-driven and motivated by results.
• Resilient and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Persuasive with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers.
• Organised and able to work to targets.
• Experienced in B2B telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting (preferred).
• A persuasive but professional approach to sales.
