Lupa Collective is recruiting on behalf of an established international company operating within the renewable energy sector.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Support & Operations Coordinator to join their Liverpool-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, order processing, customer service or operational support who is looking to develop their career within a growing global business.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the after-sales service department, ensuring customer orders, replacement products and service requests are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer returns and replacement orders (RMAs).

Coordinate spare parts orders and deliveries.

Arrange the dispatch of replacement products and collection of returned items.

Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.

Maintain accurate records and update the company's CRM system.

Liaise with customers regarding service requests and order updates.

Escalate technical enquiries to the appropriate teams.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure a high standard of customer service.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in logistics, operations, order processing or customer service.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work.

Good attention to detail.

Desirable but not essential:

Experience within renewable energy, solar technology or electrical manufacturing.

Knowledge of returns management (RMA) processes.

Additional European language skills.
