Overview

TML Recruitment is partnered with a nationally recognised property consultancy that is currently seeking a proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets across Manchester. This role offers autonomy, client exposure, and the chance to develop within a respected management team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multi‑let commercial properties including offices, retail, and mixed‑use assets.

Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Coordinate building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety requirements.

Act as main client contact, ensuring delivery of high‑quality property management services.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value.

Support asset strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and property performance.

Candidate Profile

Experience in commercial property management, ideally within consultancy or client‑side environments.

Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage service charge budgets.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, confident in client‑facing roles.

Knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation and property compliance requirements.

MRICS qualification preferred but not a must

Ambitious, detail‑oriented, and motivated by delivering measurable results.
