Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant – Bristol

Are you hungry, committed and driven to succeed?

BMR Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol.

We’re an established Engineering & Technical recruitment business, and we’re looking for someone ambitious, competitive and motivated who wants to build a successful career with us.

Recruitment experience isn’t essential.

You might already be working in recruitment, have a background in sales or customer service, or simply be looking for an opportunity where your personality, work ethic and ambition can determine how successful you become.

For us, attitude matters.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop your own desk and build relationships with both candidates and clients. Your role will include:

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Sourcing and engaging with candidates
• Advertising vacancies and searching CV databases
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Developing new business and identifying opportunities with prospective clients
• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Working towards individual and team targets

What are we looking for?

We’re much more interested in who you are and what you can become than whether you've worked in recruitment before.

You’ll need to be:

• Hungry to succeed
• Committed and prepared to put the work in
• Driven by targets, results and progression
• Confident communicating with different people
• Competitive and commercially minded
• Resilient and comfortable dealing with setbacks
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive, curious and willing to learn
• Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
• Someone who genuinely wants to build a successful career

If you already have recruitment or sales experience, fantastic. If you don't, but recognise yourself in the description above, we still want to hear from you.

Why BMR Solutions?

We want people to build careers with us, not simply fill a seat.

You’ll benefit from:

• Comprehensive training and professional development
• 1-to-1 mentoring and ongoing coaching
• Clear opportunities for career progression
• Uncapped commission
• Recognition and incentives for high performance
• Regular team socials, celebrations and events
• An established business with a strong presence in Engineering & Technical recruitment
• A supportive environment where you'll be given the opportunity to develop your own desk and career

Your background doesn't have to be in recruitment. Your attitude does have to be right.

If you're ambitious, competitive, hardworking and passionate about building a successful career, we'd love to hear from you.
