Service Advisor – Swindon

£30,000 – £38,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Swindon.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.

Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.

Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.

Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.

A positive, professional and team-focused attitude.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
